The Oracle is the official staff management portal for Volaire LARP — a living record of every character, chronicle, and consequence within the realm. Whether you are a veteran adventurer tracking your hard-won experience or a newly arrived soul seeking your place among the factions, this is where your story is kept.

Within these halls you may access your character sheet, review the full interactive rulebook, submit and track support tickets, manage your production and downtime activities, and much more — all in one place.

Account Access

An Oracle account is required to submit tickets, view your character record, and interact with the portal. Accounts are verified and issued by staff to protect player privacy and prevent abuse of the support system.

Don't have an account, or locked out?
Contact the Volaire staff team directly via the Volaire LARP Discord server. A staff member will verify your identity and get you sorted. Do not create secondary accounts — duplicate accounts will be removed and may delay your access.

We do not support the idea of AI replacing human artists.

AI artwork on this site is a springboard for imagination — not a substitute for the craft and labor of real people. We encourage players to commission live artists to bring their characters, scenes, and relics to life, and to expand our ever-growing universe with human creativity at the forefront.

How We Use AI

  • Backend & Tools — scripting helpers, data transforms, content linting, and rule/economy calculators.
  • World Building — location briefs, NPC seed text, encounter scaffolds, and continuity checks.
  • Economy Management — price bands, scaling rules, material lists, and market updates.
  • Admin & Ops — document cleanup, draft responses, and consistency audits.
  • Images — mood pieces, iconography, UI accents, and commission prompts for human artists.

Safety, ownership, and privacy rules apply. Sensitive player data is never fed into external models.

Sources of Truth

All generative AI used by Volaire LARP is grounded in two authoritative sources maintained by our staff:

  • The Staff Wiki — canonical record for lore, rules, NPCs, factions, history, and world detail.
  • The Volaire Oracle database — live operational record for characters, XP, tickets, knowledge base articles, and continuity references.

AI does not invent facts about Volaire — it draws from what staff have documented across official sources: the Oracle, the Staff Wiki, and the main Volaire LARP website.

Volaire Oracle (In-House System)

The Volaire Oracle is our in-house system built and maintained by Volaire LARP staff, consisting of two integrated tools:

Oracle Web Portal
Custom staff application centralizing character & XP management, tickets, a searchable knowledge base, NPC records, economy tracking, and continuity references. Restricted to staff.
Oracle Minion
Discord bot connecting the Volaire LARP server directly to the Oracle — staff and players can query characters, rules, and KB articles without leaving Discord.
