Noctis Lionheart

Race: Draconian, Lightning

Class / Role: Rogue/Commander of the Draconian Army

Description: He has short black hair and striking blue eyes with yellow scales on his arms, hands, and neck. He is most often seen in the Draconian black and white uniform decorated in medals with a dagger on either hip.

Synopsis: Noctis is a close friend of King Kalil. He is a trained Elite who worked his way up the ranks until the day Kalil became king and promoted him to Commander. His men dubbed him “Lionheart” after a particularly dangerous mission when he was still a young soldier in the army. The men under his command know him to be goofy and a bit of a joker but no one laughs when he puts his skills to use.

Affiliation: Draconian Kingdom

Public Quirk: He is often seen in the tavern having a drink with his men.

Common Rumor: Noctis would rather party and make jokes than fight, but if pressed, he is no joke on the battlefield.
