Alas, even the greatest of tales must reach their final chapter. On Sunday at approximately 3:00 PM, the staff will officially call:

“End of Game!”

At this moment, all combat ceases—but the roleplay doesn’t have to. Feel free to spend your remaining time in-character, reflecting on the weekend’s events, sharing stories, and preparing for the next adventure.

What You Need to Do

Before you leave site, you’ll need to complete the Check-Out Process. Visit Logistics to receive a Check-Out Envelope, which will include a space for important returns and instructions.

Place the following items inside:

  • Your Life Tag
  • Any Temporary Logistics Tags you acquired during the event
  • Any gold, items, or physreps you wish to turn in or log for tracking

There is also a dedicated section for spending your Experience Points (XP).

Spending Your XP

If you’d like to spend your XP after the event, be sure to:

  • Write your XP instructions clearly on the back of the envelope
  • Include which skills you're purchasing
  • Specify how many points are being spent on each
  • If you are learning a new skill that requires a teacher, you must include a Teacher Card from the player who taught you.
  • If no Teacher Card is included, the XP will be banked instead of spent

If your instructions are unclear, we will attempt to contact you via Support Ticket for clarification. Unclear requests may also result in XP being banked until the issue is resolved.

Reminder:

You are always welcome to bank XP instead of spending it right away. Just indicate this clearly on your envelope, and we’ll hold those points until you’re ready to grow your character further.

Don’t forget to return any borrowed game equipment (such as weapons or props), and say your farewells—until next time, brave adventurer!
